Designed as a smart application, ASPIRE facilitates residents in accessing current information pertinent to Seberang Perai, receiving notifications related to utility bills, and making payments through multiple convenient and efficient payment gateways. Real-time transaction recording enhances user experience and simplifies interactions with MBSP, promoting operational efficiency.
